Cancellations and Refunds

  • Any alterations or cancellations can be made from the “My Bookings” page in my account. Changes to bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the lesson slot time. Time slots booked within 24 hours of slot time cannot be rescheduled nor cancelled.
  • If you choose to reschedule, go to “My Bookings” page, find the booking you want to reschedule. Under actions, choose reschedule, which will bring up the calendar. From there, simply select the new slot you require and reschedule.
  • If you want to switch subjects, simply cancel your booked subject and rebook the required one.
  • If you choose to refund, please select the “auto refund” option.
  • An example:
  • You want to book a lesson for slot time 5-6pm on Thursday.
  • You can reschedule or cancel this all the way up to 4:59pm on Wednesday the previous day.
  • If you booked the lesson after 5pm on Wednesday, you cannot reschedule or cancel this as it is within a 24 period.
  • If you make multiple bookings, the same applies, you can reschedule or cancel each booking up to 24hours before your allotted time.
  • You will not be offered a refund if you do not turn up.
